I recently found this plate sitting all dusty on my highest shelf in my tallest cabinet. I was sure that I could find a use for it.

I went down stairs and found this scrappy paper.

Next, I cut out the little flowers and placed them on the plate where I thought they would look good.

Last, I mod-podged them to the plate and let it dry.

Cute and springy huh?
